Paris District Engineer

Bobby Littlefield, P.E.Bobby Littlefield, P.E., currently serves as the Texas Department of Transportation’s District Engineer for the nine-county Paris District.

Littlefield was born in Dallas, raised in Sulphur Springs and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1984. He then went to work for TxDOT in the Sulphur Springs Area Office and was licensed as a Professional Engineer by the State of Texas in 1989

In 1993, Littlefield became the Sherman Area Engineer before becoming Paris District Engineer in 2003. He was the recipient of the Department’s Dewitt C. Greer Award in 2003 for excellence in the engineering field.

Littlefield is married to Theresa and they have two children, Patrick and Melanie.
